Supply

Images will be e-mailed as high resolution jpeg's unless otherwise agreed.

If requested, images can alternatively be sent on CD, or as .TIFF or .PSD files. In some instances the original transparency can also be sent for you to make your own scan.

Please indicate when agreeing a purchase the estimated size you wish to use the image, or request one of the pre-set sizes below:

The files sizes in MB and K relating to specified sizes are an approximation for guidelines only and will depend on the individual image.
Requests can be made for a specified file size, in MB/K, paper size, centimeters or inches.

Licensing

The rights to use an image are sold on a traditional licensing basis. The buyer pays a fee for a single use, which is specified each time the image is used.

Other forms of licensing are available. Please make it clear when requesting a quote if you require any other form, such as exclusivity, or a royalty free basis allowing the image to be used an un-specified number of times.

Invoicing

An invoice will be sent with the images, which will usually be e-mailed unless otherwise requested. If you do require a printed copy, please request this when ordering the images.

Invoices should be paid within 28 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in a reminder with an administration charge of £10. If the reminder is not paid within 14 days then permission to use the image will be withdrawn.

Payment can be made by cheque, BACS (request account details if using this method) or by credit card via Paypal using the link below.

Commissioned work is also undertaken on a negotiable basis.
